Be advised that the conference registration and delegate fees are no longer separate fees. Rather, these fees have been combined into a single registration payment. 

The registration fee varies based on the type of registration selected.  The rate for the General Conference will increase on April 15, 2024. Registration will close on June 14, 2024, at 11:59 pm (eastern). 

Payment (full or deposit) will be collected at the end of registration. If you are not responsible for submitting payment, please do not continue with the registration process. Partial (50%) or in-full payment options are available. If you opt to pay a deposit, be aware that the final balance will be withdrawn from the card on file on July 1, 2024.

An email address will be asked for as part of the registration. This address will be used for conference communications and digital voting. Each attendee must provide a unique email address accessible to them while at the conference. 

Steps to properly register your church's delegates:
1. Review the church delegate form (mailed to the church) and alert the National Office of errors.
2. Identify the appropriate number of individuals to serve as Regular Delegates.
3. Affirm those people as delegates to the Conference by whatever method your congregation deems appropriate.
4. Once delegates have been affirmed, a registration form for all delegates can be completed.
