EVENT DESCRIPTION

  • Our conference is two conferences in one: 
    1) A 3.5-day conference for pastors, spouses, and local church leaders.
    2) A 3.5-day youth conference with attendees from middle school through post-high school and their adult youth pastors/volunteer leaders.
  • Attendance at our 2024 event was 365 (235 pastors/local church leaders and 130 youth and advisors).
  • The exhibitor area is strategically located and designed to flow attendees past exhibitors.
  • The conference will meet in Roanoke, VA, at The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center on July 21-24, 2025. 


We're excited to have you consider being an exhibitor at this year's event and hope you'll plan to join us. If you're inclined, you can reserve your exhibitor spot online. If you cannot attend in person but want to do something memorable--like placing your materials/swag on attendees' chairs or having drop-ins for registration bags, etc., let's talk! We can work with almost any request and are happy to accommodate your promotional needs!

*The Brethren Church reserves the right to screen exhibitor submissions of applications, and funds paid do not guarantee acceptance as an exhibitor to the Brethren Conference. A full refund will be granted to any exhibitor not accepted to the conference.

  • Receive an additional 6' table for your booth.

  • Not recommended for cell phone/computer charging use, as there are several accessible outlets around the convention center.

  • Would you like the opportunity to address attendees at a main/business session? Receive 7 minutes of devoted stage time to address the adult and/or youth conferences. We ask that no more than 5 of the 7 minutes of total stage time be "talking head" and suggest using a produced video to make up the remainder of the time.

  • Bring additional team members (above your initial two) to the conference at a reduced registration rate. A registration discount code will be sent to you upon receipt.
