We're excited to have you consider being a vendor at this year's event and hope you'll plan to join us. If you're inclined, you can reserve your vendor spot online. If you cannot attend in person but want to do something memorable--like placing your materials/swag on attendees' chairs or having drop-ins for registration bags, etc., let's talk! We can work with almost any request and are happy to accommodate your promotional needs!

*The Brethren Church reserves the right to screen vendor submission of applications, and funds paid do not guarantee acceptance as a vendor to the Brethren Conference. A full refund will be granted to any vendor not accepted to the conference.

Receive an additional 6' table for your booth.
Not recommended for cell phone/computer charging use, as there are several accessible outlets around the convention center.
Would you like the opportunity to address attendees at a main/business session? Receive 10 minutes of devoted stage time to address either or both the adult and youth conferences.
Bring additional team members (above your initial two) to the conference at a reduced registration rate. A registration code will be sent to you upon receipt.
